We are a small business committed to crafting premium handcrafted soaps, bath and body products, and hand-poured soy wax candles. As a Minority Woman Owned business, we take pride in our origins in Jersey City, New Jersey. Our charming workshop in Jersey City serves as the hub where each soap, bath and body product, and candle is meticulously crafted with a passion for excellence.
OUR MISSION
Our primary goal is to maintain the integrity and benefits of using natural ingredients to the greatest extent possible.
We take pride in harnessing the power of natural resources and botanicals that have been around for centuries. Although we cannot list them all, some of our favorites include turmeric, thyme, fenugreek, flaxseed, moringa, rosemary, clove and lavender. While we may not be entirely organic, our goal is to incorporate as many natural ingredients as possible into our product development
THE BEGINNING
It all started summer 2023, my youngest kiddo was battling a fierce war with severe acne on his face, chest and back. Despite using prescribed topical lotions and oral medication, none of it seemed to help in the long run. That’s when I had a sudden flashback to my grandmother's organic recipes from back in the day. I whipped up an organic rice water and lavender mist with a modern twist and to our surprise, his acne had cleared up significantly. Now, let’s be real, I am not saying it was a miracle cure but after four days, his skin appeared more radiant. He’s been using the rice water and lavender mist religiously ever since.
Fueled by this success, I decided to go all-in and got myself a certificate in skincare formulation. I was over the moon with my newfound skills and took it up a notch by creating a range of products. The positive feedback from my family, friends, neighbors, and community members motivated me to keep going. Now, with a renewed sense of passion, I am actively working towards skincare formulation diploma.
CRAFTING OUR SOAPS
Our commitment to crafting our soaps using natural ingredients is a point of pride for us. Whenever possible, we macerate and infuse our own oils, incorporating locally-sourced fruits, vegetables, and herbs that are in season. While these techniques can be time-consuming and take a minimum of four weeks, the final products are undoubtedly worth the investment. Furthermore, we meticulously pour our soaps into customized molds, a diligent process that requires a significant amount of patience and accuracy. Depending on the fragrance, essential oils, and batch acceleration, we may opt for a traditional loaf mold to prevent the soap from hardening prematurely.

Our candles are like nature's superheroes, made with 100% natural soy wax, so you can breathe easy, knowing your candle is ecofriendly, biodegradable, and free of animal testing. With fragrances inspired by the world's most fascinating destinations, each candle is like a round-trip ticket to your happy place.
We treat each candle like a masterpiece, carefully pouring and crafting them by hand to ensure top-notch quality. Plus, we get a little label-happy, personally sticking on each one with a whole lotta love. While we find the labeling process enjoyable, it is probable that we will undergo several iterations before finalizing the ideal label.
