RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE

At Drunken Bee & Co., we take pride in ensuring that all our products undergo a rigorous inspection before shipping. However, due to the nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns, or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds. We strongly advise customers to review the ingredients list of our products before placing an order, to avoid any adverse reactions or sensitivities.

EXCEPTIONS

In the event that you wish to return your unused candles, we will accept them within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging. Please note that the customer must bear the cost of return shipping. Upon receipt of the unused candles, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We take great care in packaging our products securely to ensure that they arrive to you in pristine condition. However, damage during shipping and handling may occur. After receiving your order, please inspect the products for any damages. If you happen to find any, please take a photograph of the damage and email it to us at beehelp@drunkenbeecompany.com

We will replace any damaged products at no additional cost to you. Please note that claims for damaged products must be made within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
